Who we are
This shop is run by TODO: your full legal name, trading as Sillage London, trading as Sillage London, TODO: business address shown to customers (can be a virtual office). Email hello@sillagelondon.com.
What you are buying
Our decants are measured amounts of genuine perfume, poured by us from original bottles into our own glass atomisers. They are sold for personal use and are not in the original maker's packaging. We are not affiliated with any perfume house. Brand names are used only to describe the contents.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything you pay for the goods. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is shown before you pay.
Your order
When you pay, Stripe takes the payment and we email a confirmation. The contract is made when we send that confirmation. If a scent runs out before we can pour your order, we will tell you and refund it in full.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Great Britain, as set out on our delivery page. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.
Cancelling and returns
See our returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Using perfume safely
For external use only. Flammable: keep away from flames and heat. Do not spray on irritated or broken skin, or near the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Stop using it if your skin reacts. Ingredients are listed on the card in your order and are those of the original perfume.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you can also bring proceedings there.
